How long does each edit take?
Most likely video edits take 2 days to be completed. Please note that time may vary depends on the length and complexity of the project.
What video editing software do you use?
We use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
How many videos can I submit?
You’re not limited to submitting. You can submit as many video editing requests as you’d like!
How long can my video be?
All entries can be no longer than 90 minutes and no larger than 5 GB.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We work from Monday to Sunday.
Our working hours are: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
How do I share My files with you for editing?
WeTransfer.com is a FREE file hosting service that allows you to send up to 2GB per transfer. If your file are longer than 2GB, We will provide you with a dedicated space on Google Drive.
How do I provide feedback on the videos?
You can provide feedback about your video project, throughout the editing process through Frame.io
Where do you generally license music?
We usually use AudioJungle.com for downloading royalty free music for your videos. A licensed of use will be provided to you once the video project is completed.
